On Friday, November 11, 2011, I encourage everyone to thank a veteran for their service in protecting our country. It is so important that we give thanks to the people who are responsible or was at some point, for our safety. Personally, in honor of the holiday, I will be driving fourty-five minutes to visit my father’s grave stone. I have never visited him alone nor on Veteran’s day, but he did serve in the Marine Corp and deserves as much respect as any other Veteran.
So again, give thanks.
